   We're aware of an issue in publishing apps including Whitehall and Specialist Publisher, whereby assets are failing to upload. We're currently investigating.

   In addition to the ongoing asset upload issue, we have identified a window of time in which there may have been some data loss. Any publishing activity in the following applications, between 13:34 and 15:36 today, may need to be manually reapplied by publishers: - asset-manager - manuals-publisher - publisher - short-url-manager - specialist-publisher - travel-advice-publisher We believe we have identified the issue with asset uploads, and are currently working on a fix.

   Asset uploading is now working again. We're now considering our options for data/asset reconciliation for the assets that failed to upload during the outage window.

   All publishing activity, including uploading assets (for example: images, attachments) is now working as normal. However, we've identified a window of time where there was some data loss. Any publishing activity that included attachments in the affected apps listed below, between 13:34 and 15:36 yesterday (31 July) will need to be checked and probably re-done by publishers: - Whitehall Publisher - Mainstream Publisher - Specialist Publisher - Travel Advice Publisher - Manuals Publisher
