We're aware that some customers in North America may see delays or errors when sending offer letters for e-signature with Adobe Acrobat Sign. The Adobe preparation window may load slowly or not finish loading, and resending may not resolve it. This is caused by an issue on Adobe's side that is slowing down document processing for Acrobat Sign in North America. Adobe is investigating, and you can follow their updates on the Adobe status page (<a href="https://status.adobe.com/products/503494/202610270039">Adobe Acrobat Sign, issue #202610270039</a>). Other Greenhouse features are not affected, and offers that were already sent are not affected. We recommend waiting before trying again, because repeated attempts can create duplicate drafts. We'll update this page as Adobe makes progress.
