Some instructors may notice missing or incomplete data for “Delivered,” “Opened,” or “Clicked” events in announcements sent between October 20 and November 6, 2025. Our engineering teams have resolved the underlying issue and are in the process of restoring the missing data. Impact: • Announcements are being delivered successfully. • Analytics for affected announcements may appear incomplete until the restoration process is finished. • Metrics for new announcements are updating as expected. We are continuing to monitor system performance and will provide an update (by Nov 7th at the latest) once all historical data has been fully restored.
