At 11:52 PM Aug 24, 2025 we have recovered from Viewer count lag for Live events. Viewer count on Live events should be showing correct values now. Non-Live Video Analytics is still experiencing delay in data freshness and we are actively working on it.

We have mitigated the issue. Starting Aug 25, 2025 10:00 AM EDT all video viewing events are processed and are available on Video Analytics reports. There are unprocessed video viewing events that occurred between Aug 23, 08:30 PM EDT and Aug 25, 10:00 AM EDT. We are actively working on processing them. Once we have processed them they will be available under Video Analytics reports.
