Monthly prices are in EUR for UptimeRobot, as shown on its site when checked, and USD for OnlineOrNot. We haven't converted currencies; check UptimeRobot's price in your region before buying [1].
OnlineOrNot starts at $15/month for 10 monitors. Each extra pack of 25 costs $10/month. These examples include 3,000 browser runs and one public status page; extra runs and pages cost more [4].

What about the free plans?
UptimeRobot gives you 50 monitors at five-minute intervals. OnlineOrNot gives you 3 monitors at three-minute intervals, plus 1,000 browser runs a month and 2 team members [1][4].
For lots of basic URL checks, UptimeRobot has the larger free plan. If you want to try a Playwright check, start with OnlineOrNot Hobby.
Reasons to stay with UptimeRobot
If you need a status page for each client, pay attention to the page count. UptimeRobot Team includes 100 status pages and Scale includes unlimited pages. OnlineOrNot Pro includes one public page; each extra page costs $24/month on monthly billing [1][4].
UptimeRobot also sends certificate-expiry reminders 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry. OnlineOrNot alerts when a certificate is invalid or expired, not before. If you rely on those reminders, you'll need to keep them elsewhere [1][5].
Try OnlineOrNot before you switch
Start with a few checks. Copy their URLs, request settings and expected responses, then connect your alert channel and subscribe each check to it.
Test an outage and recovery on an endpoint you control, not a production service. For cron jobs, update the heartbeat URL. Keep UptimeRobot running until the new checks and alerts work.
